Organizing a media day for 60 Olivet Nazarene University athletes in just two hours required precision, creativity, and efficiency—especially with a setup that included three distinct stations for headshots, dynamic poses, and short video clips. My experience behind the scenes at an NFL media day shaped the way I approached this project, showing me the value of flow, athlete experience, and attention to branding details. Inspired by that, I brought a more streamlined structure to Olivet’s setup, ensuring athletes moved smoothly through each station while still allowing space for personality and excellence to shine through. The result was a high-energy, well-orchestrated shoot that was used for the next two seasons promotional and recruitment graphics.
